Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

1. Customer Support via live chat, support tickets, and telephone.
2. Technical support for the Ventrilo software and servers.
3. Technical support for sound and audio devices.
4. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Required Skills

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
2. Extensive knowledge of the Ventrilo software and server.
3. Dependable to work assigned shifts.
4. Experience in customer care and customer retention.
5. Knowledge of Windows and Mac sound and audio devices.
6. Ability to multitask when needed.
