HOW TO LOGIN

To login, please visit http://my.maxfrag.net. Using your keyboard, please enter your email and password in the fields provided. You must also select whether you would like to login to the Ventrilo Panel or the Billing Center. Once you have made your choice, please click the Login to MaxFrag button. (If you do not remember your password, please click Forgot Password. Our system will send a automatic email message to the email address you have provided.)

HOW TO MANAGE MY VENTRILO SERVER

Once you have logged in, you must click the MANAGE SERVER link beside the ventrilo server you would like to configure or manage. After you have clicked Manage Server, it will display a number of options for you to select from. To configure your ventrilo server, you must click Alter Configuration. If you would like to add or remove channels, you may click Manage Channel. If you would like to Start or Restart your ventrilo server, you may click Restart Server. If you would like to edit the MOTD that displays when you connect to the ventrilo server, you may click Message of the Day. If you would like to add, edit, or delete users on the ventrilo server, you may click Manage Users. To automatically change server location, you may click Change Server Location. To add, edit or delete bans, you may click Manage Bans.

Change Server Name

To change your server's name, you must click Alter Configuration and then edit the first field you see. By default, you will see MaxFrag.net Ventrilo Server. You may change that to anything you wish. After you have finished, you must scroll to the bottom and hit Save Settings.

Add Server Password

To add a join password to your server, please go to Alter Configuration and then scroll to Server Security. A join password for your ventrilo server is good to keep people out. This password can be given to those who you would like to have access to join the ventrilo server. Make sure you change Authentication Type to Restricted before changing your join password. You may put whatever you wish in the Server Password section. Remember, this is NOT a Admin Password.

Admin Password

To add or change a admin password, you must click Alter Configuration and then scroll to Server Security. Once you are there, you may edit or change the field Administrator Password. This is your Ventrilo RCON or Admin. You may use this to login and add other users. This gives a user full access to the ventrilo server.

Change Voice Codec

To change your voice codec, click Alter Configuration and scroll down to Voice Settings. You must select a codec from the Voice Codec dropdown menu. By default, it is set at GSM 6.10 (44100 Hz, 16 bit) 5905 bytes/sec. This is the highest ventrilo codec. If you have MAC users, you may change it to the Speex codec. We recommend choosing the highest speex codec.
