Changing a Users name

1. Login as a System Admin or Channel Admin: Make sure you're a sysadmin or channel admin to make these changes, otherwise it will not appear as this tutorial shows.
2. Register the desired user: You can only edit the name of a registered user, not a guest. That being said, you'll have to register any user you wish to change the name of. For help on how to do that, see here.
3. Changing the users name: Right click on the newly registered user, and then select 'Rename this user...'
