MaxFrag is proud to announce that the much talked about unified control panel for Ventrilo, Support and Billing is now ready for release. Through the panel you will now be able to more easily manage your server with a fully featured Server Manager, User Editor, Channel Editor and Ban Manager. With the same login you’ll be able to keep up to date with past tickets, create new tickets or contact live support if needed. From the Billing panel you’ll be able to see at a glance if you have any outstanding invoices or manage any account settings such as payment method, email account and password.

Server Configuration

Manage every aspect of your server through the Server Configuration page. From here you’ll be able to update your server title, administration password, server password, codec and more. We do not lock you out of any options that are available to you through your configuration files.

Ban Manager, Channel Manager, User Manager

Through the control panel you’ll be able to manage all aspects of your servers through the managers provided. Each manager contains all options available through Ventrilo itself, with a few tweaks and extra help information to make the changes easier. If you’re unable to access the Ventrilo software itself and you need to make a change, you’ll be able to make every change you need through the panel.

Stop, start or restart your server

If for any reason you would like to restart or shut down your server we give you the option. A small but required feature.

Server Logs

Need to search through your Ventrilo logs to find an IP address, a specific action, or everything between two dates? We’ll parse out what you need from what is pointless on your behalf and make reading the otherwise confusing information quicker and easier for you.

Change Location

Visiting relatives across the country and still want a way to communicate with people? No problem, if you need to for any reason you can move your server to any of the locations we offer free of charge within minutes. Take advantage of MaxFrag’s entire network easily and quickly.

Support Center

From the support panel easily create a new ticket to quickly get the assistance you need 24 hours a day 7 days a week. From setting up your server when you’re first ordering or questions regarding Ventrilo we will help you out through support until you’re satisfied. At a glace look over your previously submitted tickets to keep up to date or search through all previously submitted tickets easily.

Billing Center

From the integrated Billing Center you will be able to quickly look over invoices, easily edit your current payment method and update your billing address if ever needed. Each part in an attempt to help you keep your Ventrilo paid for to prevent any down time due to a missed email regarding a payment requirement.
